AR Review:

- Mike contact Michael Mirmak about working with SiSoft and Cadence on DLL checking
  - Done

- Mike contact Michael Mirmak asking for a board meeting on parser license terms
  - Done
  - Meeting proposed for Friday morning.

New items:

IBISCHK6 Parser development:
- Mike showed the ibischk5 license agreement.
- Bob: it is the development contract we need to resolve.
- Mike: we should copy all signed contracts into the admindocs/ folder.

- We decided to have a board meeting this Friday only if we have an agreement to discuss.

AR: Mike ask Michael Mirmak for previous development agreement
AR: Mike prepare proposed parser dev agreement for upcoming board meeting
